Service Delivery Center (SDC) replace the conventional land record system into an efficient, easy-to-use and updateable computerized system. This new system has the following features

Issuance of Fard on single Click:Whenever a citizen requests for provision of Fard, SDC official will provide within shortest spam of time

Elimination of Fraudulent Transaction:All mutations are biometrically attestation by Revenue Officer and biometric fingerprints and pictures of the parties are captured, which eliminates the chances of fraudulent transaction.

Data Analysis:Easy and fast data analysis of data for different purposes, such as tax collections, number of transactions, type of transactions etc.

Record Preparations:Register HaqdaranZameen, which is prepared every after 4 years by revenue staff is a cumber sum and time consuming task having chances of human errors, but with digital data the same may be prepared by a single click with elimination of chances of human errors.

Data Security:The digital data is easy to secure from any disaster by keeping multiple copies on distant locations.

Updation of Record:In Manual systems the transactions are updated after 4 years on preparation of Jamabandies, while in digital data every transaction is updated instantly.

Better Check and Balance:Each and every action/step of SDC official is tracked by the software which results in better check and balance.

Transparency and Minimization of Corruption:Service Delivery Center has a predefined fee structure and service mechanism which will facilitate the citizen in a systematic way, without any delaying tactics or refusal from the service.
