

Follow-up Meeting at Bank of Khyber Head Office on E-Stamp Facilitation
In continuation of the meeting held with the State Bank of Pakistan on 6th October, 2025, a follow-up coordination meeting was held today on 7th November, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bank of Khyber Head Office, Saddar Peshawar, chaired by Mr. Irfan Awan, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Bank of Khyber.
The meeting was attended by the Board of Revenue, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa team led by Mr. Atta-ur-Rehman Marwat, Project Director (E-Stamp), along with his technical team.
From State Bank of Pakistan (Karachi Headquarters), Mr. Ghulam Muhammad Phul (Additional Director) and Mr. Obaid Bin Muslim (Deputy Director Finance) participated.
The Director Finance KPITB also attended the session.
The progress and facilitation measures for province-wide E-Stamp rollout were reviewed, and the following key decisions were agreed:
Expansion of BoK E-Stamp Issuing Branches from 49 to 84 branches across KP within one week.
Provision of printers and related hardware by BoK at all designated E-Stamp branches.
Deployment of dedicated Customer Facilitation Staff at branch level to enhance public service delivery.
Launch of ADC (Alternate Digital Channels) payment integration for E-Stamp through Paymir (KPITB) to support seamless digital payments.
Rs. 50 Printing / Service Charge shall be configured through the BoK system; however,
BoK will submit a formal case to the Board of Revenue, which will be forwarded to the Finance Department for approval.
The State Bank of Pakistan conveyed that principal approval from the Finance Department has already been secured in this regard.
The Bank of Khyber committed to initiate immediate implementation and share updated timelines with the Board of Revenue.
