PITB Chairman Azfar Manzoor, Senior Member KPK Board of Revenue Syed Zafar Ali Shah and Additional Secretary Finance KPK Ammara Khan signed an MoU for implementation of e-Stamping system in KPK at an event held at Arfa Software Technology Park.DG e-Governance PITB Sajid Latif, Director (Admin/HR/Finance) e-Stamping PITB Hammad Hassan Hamdani, Director Land Record KPK Mushtaq Hussain, Project Director e-Stamping KPK Shabbir Ahmed and other senior officials were also present at the event.Launched in 2016, PITB’s flagship project e-Stamping has achieved remarkable results in Punjab. A total of Rs. 244 billion of revenue has been collected through e-Stamping system in Punjab till date. An MoU for implementation of e-Stamping has already been signed with Sindh government while the implementation of the system is underway.A mobile app has also been developed for auditors of BOR so they can easily verify e-Stamp paper and Challan-32-A. e-Stamping system brought radical change in traditional procedure of stamp issuance which minimized the issuance duration from 2-3 days to only 15 minutes.
