MBR (Settlement & Consolidation, Taxes) and Project Director E-Stamp Review E-Registry Readiness in Peshawar
Peshawar, 16 December 2025 –
Mr. Syed Abdul Ghafoor Shah, Member (Settlement & Consolidation, Taxes), Board of Revenue, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, along with Mr. Atta ur Rehman, Project Director E-Stamp, visited Sub-Registrar Offices I, II, and III in District Peshawar to review the readiness of the E-Registry (Electronic Registration) System, scheduled for inauguration from 17th December 2025, with Peshawar as the pilot district.
During the visit, the officials assessed system preparedness, IT infrastructure, biometric verification facilities, and public facilitation arrangements. Mr. Atta ur Rehman briefed the MBR on the digital registration workflow, integration with E-Stamping, and measures aimed at enhancing transparency, efficiency, and citizen convenience. The MBR expressed satisfaction over the arrangements and directed the concerned staff to ensure smooth implementation and maximum public facilitation during the rollout phase.
