Launch of E-Vendor Module for Issuance of E-Stamp Papers on White Paper (Pilot – District Peshawar)
The Revenue & Estate Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has launched the E-Vendor Module under the E-Stamping System for issuance of E-Stamp papers on white paper, incorporating QR-code–based verification and prescribed security features, as a pilot initiative in District Peshawar, with effect from 28 January 2026.
Under this initiative, authorized Stamp Vendors (E-Vendors) will issue E-Stamp papers through the E-Stamping System in denominations ranging from Rs. 150 to Rs. 500, using PSID-based electronic payment of stamp duty and other applicable government dues, ensuring transparency, authenticity, and prevention of misuse or forgery.
The issuance of E-Stamp papers through the E-Vendor Module shall be legally valid for all legal, registration, and evidentiary purposes, subject to system verification and QR-code authentication.
The module will be extended to other districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in a phased manner, subject to administrative readiness and system availability.
