
Second Internal Coordination Meeting Held Under the Chairmanship of the Senior Member, Board of Revenue, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The 2nd Internal Coordination Meeting of the Board of Revenue, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, was held on Friday, October 24, 2025, under the chairmanship of Mr. Muhammad Javed Marwat, Senior Member, Board of Revenue (SMBR), at the Committee Room, BoR, Peshawar.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Syed Abdul Ghafoor Shah, Member (Settlement, Consolidation & Taxes), and Mr. Atta-ur-Rehman, Member (Administration). Also present were Mr. Irshad Secretary-I; Mr. Fazal Hussain Secretary-II; and Mr. Kashif Nadeem Secretary-III.
The session was joined by Mr. Basharat Ahmad Director Land Records; Mr. Akmal Project Director (Computerization of Land Records); Mr. Wasil Khattak Project Director (SDLR – Merged Districts); Mr. Iqbal Wazir Project Director (SDLR – Dir Kalaam Swat); Mr. Atta-ur-Rehman Marwat Project Director (E-Stamping, KP); and Mr. Aftab Ahmad Project Director (GIM Unit).
During the meeting, detailed presentations were made by the Secretaries and Project Directors on administrative reforms, implementation of Cabinet and CM directives, progress on PMRU tasks, and the operational status of various automation and digitization projects. Each Project Director presented updates on the progress achieved since the 1st Internal Coordination Meeting, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and proposed timelines for completion.
The Senior Member appreciated the efforts of all officers and emphasized the importance of timely execution of ongoing initiatives, improved inter-departmental coordination, and enhanced service delivery to the public. He particularly stressed the need for continuous monitoring of reform projects such as E-Stamping, Land Records Computerization, and SDLR initiatives, aimed at ensuring transparency and efficiency in land administration and revenue management across the province.
The meeting concluded with directives for all concerned officers to submit progress reports and implementation updates regularly to ensure effective monitoring and accountability.
