Computerization of Land Record in 18 Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Phase-I; 7 Districts)
The Project of Computerization of Land Records Phase-I has been initiated in 2013 in 07 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa namely 1) Peshawar 2) Mardan 3) Abbottabad 4) Buner 5) Kohat 6) Bannu& 7) D.I Khan while the Project of Computerization of Land Records in Remaining Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Phase-II) has been initiated in 2015 for digitizing the Record of the 1) Swat (2) Shangla (3) Mansehra (4) Batagram (5) Nowshera (6) Charsada (7) Hangu (8) Karak (9) Haripur (10) Swabi (11) LakkiMarwat (12) Tank.

- Considerable increase in user satisfaction in participation areas following the introduction of the new land registration procedures
- Decreasing number of fraudulent land transactions due to the integrated nature of the recording system (e.g. connecting the deed system with the Revenue Record)
- Significant reduction of transaction costs on land-related deals
