At the Directorate of Land Records, our mission is to modernize, digitize and safeguard land Record across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to ensure transparency, efficiency and citizen-centric service delivery. We are advancing end-to-end e‑registration, GIS-based cadaster Mapping , and integrated Service Delivery Centres to provide quick, reliable access to land services. We have recently integrated all the SDCs for effective monitoring. Through Phase-I of the Land Computerization Project all the seven districts in Divisional Headquarter have been fully digitized while thirteen more districts shall be completely digitized in Phase-II by 30th June 2025. To ensure transpiration in the Registration process, e-Registration is being introduced which make citizens of the province would enable to process Registries with minimal human intervention. We are committed to effective governance and data integrity—strengthening controls, eliminating discretionary bottlenecks, and scaling real‑time dashboards for field monitoring. Public convenience is central to our reforms, from better waiting areas to digital payments and time‑stamped, track able workflows.
