Meeting with State Bank of Pakistan on E-Stamp Facilitation

A meeting on facilitation and service improvement of the E-Stamp System was held on 6th October, 2025 at 5:00 PM in the Main Conference Room, State Bank of Pakistan, Regional Office Peshawar, with participation from the State Bank of Pakistan (Head Office, Karachi).

The Board of Revenue, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa delegation was led by Mr. Syed Abdul Ghafoor Shah, Member (Settlement, Consolidation & Taxes), accompanied by Mr. Atta-ur-Rehman Marwat, Project Director (E-Stamp), and the E-Stamp technical team. The Director Finance KPITB and relevant officers also attended the session. From State Bank Karachi, Mr. Ghulam Muhammad Phul (Additional Director) and Mr. Obaid Bin Muslim (Deputy Director Finance) participated.

The Board of Revenue highlighted key facilitation requirements, including:

Expansion of Bank of Khyber E-Stamp Issuing Branches from 49 to 84 across the province.

Enablement of ADC (Alternate Digital Channels) for seamless online payments.

Replacement and upgradation of printers and related hardware at BoK branches.

Deployment and training of Customer Facilitation Officers to support citizens at branch level.

The State Bank of Pakistan assured that necessary directions would be issued to the Bank of Khyber for swift implementation to ensure convenient and citizen-friendly E-Stamp services across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
